About Triangle Club
Inside the unassuming building at 120 Broadway in Dover, New Hampshire, people come together every day to support and help one another. The Triangle Club is a 12-step program that offers a space where you can recover with a community. Tucked near the Seacoast, with easy access from downtown and local beaches, you can drop in any time and feel seen and understood.
Coffee, Conversation and Hope
What I find makes this center different from other facilities is the sheer variety of daily meetings they offer. For example, clients over 55, men and individuals struggling with methamphetamine or heroin abuse can connect with others who share similar experiences.
This mix of meetings allows individuals new to recovery to interact with and be inspired by those with long-term sobriety.
Community Connections That Matter
Beyond addiction itself, the Triangle Club offers programs for families and friends, and connects clients to broader social services through a partnership with Mainspring in nearby Kittery. I’m impressed by the center’s stellar reviews, with current and past clients expressing gratitude for the support, fellowship and the mix of meetings available here.
Their services are free or low-cost, and the Triangle Club accepts Medicaid and Medicare to make support accessible to anyone seeking help.
