The Pathway Home is an adolescent substance use treatment program in Anchorage, Alaska operated by Southcentral Foundation for teens facing substance use or mental health issues as well as emotional or behavioral challenges. Adolescent Treatment With Recreational Therapy

Care centers on a 30 bed residential treatment program that operates 24 hours offering structured and integrated support for teens with co-occurring substance use and mental health needs. Outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse services are also available for continued support.

Youth can expect counseling alongside dual diagnosis treatment and skill-building in anger management, conflict resolution, and healthy communication. The program blends evidence-based practices and strength-based approaches with harm-reduction principles and substance use education and recreation as a coping skill.
