Addiction Treatment Programs

  • Women's Rehab

Women’s rehabs in Wyoming address a wide range of substance use issues while also helping clients with gender-specific issues. Along with traditional evidence-based treatment, clients may receive help with childcare, classes in parenting, and advice about being a working mother and building healthy relationships.

  • Drug Rehab

If you’re looking to break free of dependence on drugs, a high-quality drug rehab in Wyoming can help. High-quality treatment lays a foundation for sobriety and helps prevent relapses by giving you new ways of thinking, better coping skills, and a better understanding of key life skills such as emotional regulation and communication.

Therapies

  • Individual Therapy

During rehab in Wyoming, individual therapy allows you to receive focused, confidential care for specific issues. Individual therapy is a common part of both inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment, and may be used to help with skill-building, overcoming trauma, and creating a substance-free lifestyle.

  • Group Therapy

In Wyoming, group therapy allows you to hear others’ stories, ask questions, and find others who relate to you. This support and accountability help you establish recovery. Group therapy is a normal part of evidence-based treatment programs, and may be a part of inpatient treatment, outpatient care, or both. Topics include addiction education, sharing of experiences, and learning new skills.

  • Trauma Therapy

Attending trauma-informed therapy in Wyoming is a way to overcome the symptoms of past trauma and develop better coping skills, helping you establish long-term recovery. Trauma-informed therapy sessions generally last 60 to 90 minutes and may include discussing a specific event, talking about emotional triggers, and learning emotional regulation and cognitive restructuring skills.

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy

Many people benefit from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in Wyoming because they gain tools to challenge unhelpful thinking. CBT is a common part of evidence-based treatment programs, and may be a part of inpatient treatment, outpatient care, or both. CBT can be empowering as you learn to manage your thoughts and emotions rather than being overwhelmed by them.
