Ascension St. Vincent Stress Center provides 24/7 access to mental health services in the middle of suburban Indianapolis, Indiana. They serve clients of all ages including youth, adults and seniors. Their outpatient services focus on healing the mind, body, and spirit whether you have stress or medical problems that are affecting your emotional state.

St Vincent Stress Center offers coping programs for those who have clinical depression and anxiety disorders. They also offer specialty programs for youth, women, adults struggling with chronic pain, drug and alcohol dependency and more.

Experienced counselors and an educational team will help you and your family address harmful behaviors and addictions. Their addiction treatment program uses a modern approach so that clients are able to achieve long-term success. Treatment will vary for each person but generally includes a combination of individual, family and group counseling. In these sessions, you’ll process your experiences that led to substance abuse. You’ll also learn how to cope in healthy ways and manage difficult emotions and stress.

Substance use programs for youth are designed specifically for their age group. It can help them improve self esteem, find healthy ways of expressing their identity and set goals for their future.

To get started, you’ll need to have a new patient assessment by a member of St Vincent’s staff. Or, you can also have an internal referral from another stress center program if you are already a client through one of their other programs.

During this assessment, they’ll discuss your health care coverage and help you make specific financial arrangements to pay for services. They accept most health insurance plans that include mental health benefits.
