About Aspire Indiana Health Progress House

Aspire Indiana Health Progress House is a men’s residential recovery program in Indianapolis offering long-term addiction treatment and structured sober housing.

The program treats alcohol, opioid and other substance use disorders, along with co-occurring conditions.

Progress House focuses on helping men rebuild physical, mental and spiritual wellness in a safe, home-like environment that goes well beyond traditional halfway housing.

Long-Term Men’s Residential Recovery

Progress House specializes in extended residential care for adult men, with stays typically ranging from 90 days to one year and a capacity for up to 100 residents.

Each client receives a clinical evaluation to shape an individualized treatment plan that may include outpatient or residential services, medication assisted treatment and recovery coaching.

The structured three-phase model immerses residents in 12-step work, sponsor engagement, workshops and daily accountability.

With many of the staff members in recovery themselves, residents may benefit from authentic peer-led mentorship alongside professional clinical support.

Whole-Person Care and Re-Entry Support

Progress House delivers primary medical care, behavioral health services, employment and vocational training, life skills, nutrition and anger management.

The program also partners with Recovery Works to support men navigating criminal justice reentry helping residents rebuild stability across every area of life.
