Sundown M Ranch is a substance use disorder treatment center in Yakima, Washington, offering an integrated continuum of care including withdrawal management, residential treatment and outpatient services.

The center serves adults, adolescents starting at age 12 years and families through specialized program tracks that address alcohol and drug dependencies with medication assisted treatment and comprehensive therapy. Sundown M Ranch provides in person treatment at its Yakima campus and telehealth services for outpatient and family programming, with admissions available 7 days a week. Since opening in 1968, the center has served approximately 200,000 individuals and families.

The facility accepts Washington Apple Health on a case by case basis, private insurance and private pay options.
