Fora Health is a comprehensive addiction treatment center in Portland, Oregon, offering a full continuum of care for adults facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. Addiction Treatment Programs at Fora Health

Treatment often begins with withdrawal management (detox), available seven days a week through a walk-in process, where clients receive safe, supervised support during early recovery. From there, individuals may transition into residential or medically monitored residential care (ASAM level 3.7R), a specialized program for adults with severe co-occurring medical or psychiatric needs delivered by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, therapists and certified addiction counselors.

Outpatient services offer flexible scheduling with 1 to 8 hours of weekly counseling, including individual, group and family therapy, as well as medication assisted treatment (MAT) and virtual care options. Peer recovery mentors, certified professionals with lived recovery experience, provide one-on-one and group support, helping clients navigate treatment and long-term recovery with guidance rooted in personal understanding.
